Delhi Blast Case: A new revelation has come forward in the Delhi Red Fort car blast case. Terrorist doctor Muzammil, who was arrested from Al-Falah University in Faridabad, had received bomb-making videos from abroad. A foreign handler had sent 42 bomb-making videos to terror suspect Dr. Muzammil Ahmad Ganaie through an encrypted app. It is important to mention that Muzammil is currently in NIA custody. He was an associate and colleague of Umar Nabi, the terrorist behind the Red Fort car blast.
On November 10, terrorist doctor Umar carried out the car explosion near the Red Fort. He blew himself up inside the car using ammonium nitrate explosives. At least 14 people lost their lives in that terror attack.
According to a report by The Indian Express, among the doctors arrested in the Faridabad terror module, Muzammil was the only one who received not just one or two but all 42 videos from the foreign handler. These videos taught him the methods of making bombs.
Sources say that security agencies are now investigating the role and identity of these handlers, as they do not appear to have any connection with the recent do-it-yourself (DIY) style bomb explosions that have occurred in India.According to sources in the investigating agency, the names of three foreign handlers have surfaced in the Delhi blast case. Officials have identified the three handlers as ‘Hanzullah’, ‘Nisar’, and ‘Uqasa’.Sources say these may be code names or aliases and not their real identities. Investigators believe that Hanzullah sent the 42 bomb-making videos to terrorist doctor Muzammil.
The story of Room No. 13 and Room No. 4
Recently, sources revealed that Building No. 17 of Al-Falah University was the meeting point for the terrorists. The conspirators planned the Delhi blast in two rooms of this building.
According to sources, Room No. 13 at Al-Falah University belonged to Pulwama resident Dr. Muzammil Ahmad Ganaie. He used to hold secret meetings in this room with other terrorist-linked doctors. Inside the Al-Falah University campus, Room No. 4 belonged to Dr. Umar. The terror group also held its meetings there.
They also finalized the plan for moving certain chemicals from the university laboratory to Muzammil’s room in Room 13.
What did investigators find in Muzammil’s room?
In the Faridabad terror module case, authorities arrested terrorist Dr. Muzammil Ganaie a few days before the Delhi car blast and recovered more than 2,500 kilograms of explosive material from his premises, including 350 kilograms of ammonium nitrate.
Sources said that Mohammad Shahid Faisal is another foreign handler. He uses several fake names such as “Colonel,” “Laptop Bhai,” and “Bhai.” It is believed that since 2020, he has been coordinating with terror modules in Karnataka and Tamil Nadu to carry out bomb blasts. His name has also emerged as a suspected terrorist in this case.
